Catharsis provides monthly performance reports that identify how well we performed against each target. In the event that monthly targets are not met, a credit is applied against the invoice.

Our Catharsis Office Support services allows you to scale up or down the level of service per device and the number of devices supported to meet the needs of your business. With 30 days notice and no contractual changes, we allow you to taylor your costs to your actual situation without renegotiations and contractual ammendments.
Our pricing is based on the number of devices (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.) supported. At a fixed cost per box, you can easily forecast your IT your support costs to better manage growth decisions and annual budgeting.
