This email platform takes redundancy, replication and support to the highest level possible. Where most companies and hosting providers rely on component level redundancy in a single data center, this service mirrors the entire infrastructure across two data centers and leverages geo-redundant replication to keep the data synchronized between systems real-time.

The email service is built on MS Exchange 2007, Windows Active Directory and a proprietary web-based administration and management console. A client that subscribes to this service simply needs to reconfigure its Outlook application to point to the hosted service. Outlook synchronizes an offline cache of your email locally to optimize performance and you retain all the standard look and feel of Outlook and add all the collaborative features available through MS Exchange.

Staff will not see any change in behavior if they are currently using Outlook; however, they will now benefit from new features, increased reliability and remote access anytime and anywhere through Outlook Web Access, a free extension of this service. Additionally wireless synchronization with Blackberries and PDA’s is available as a paid option.
